Roasted Single Origin Kenya PB “Vifaru”

Most coffees split in two while the cherry is growing but not so the pea berry(PB), it stays as one whole bean, which gives it a very different roasting behavior & profile. More concentrated and robust in flavor, the PB grade produces a marzipan barley flavor profile. It is also fully washed and sun-dried but comes with a higher acidity – named after the rare Kenyan Rhino.
